Aprili Media presents the Unlawful podcast
Since gaining independence, Georgia has not become a state in which the law is supreme, and recently, everything that was part of freedom of expression yesterday has been declared illegal with lightning speed. In this podcast, we will talk about the illegalities of the authorities, how society reacts to repression and terror, and how we imagine the transformation of our country into a state.
It often happens that men are socially perceived as a source of violence or a subject who exercises control over space and women’s bodies. However, they almost never talk about men’s bodily experiences, fears and insecurities that they might have in the process of self-understanding, how the understanding of masculinity is formed, what harm toxic understanding does, and what are the perceptions that exist towards men or the attitudes that shape the experience of queer men.
In the new episode of the Unlawful podcast, we talk about men, their bodily experiences, and understanding of masculinity with researcher and journalist Temuka Zoidze.
A new episode of the podcast will be released every Tuesday at 7:00 PM on our YouTube and Spotify channels.
